What is your point? You want equal gear for all or what?

This is a petition to enforce RR cap == level cap up to 32 and use old tiers as they worked better. The reasons was listed in the first post I'll write them again just in case

1. Get more in RvR (32/31 > 40/80)
2. Reduce twinks and how powerful the can get
3. Keep Xp off book for those who love PVE or play in a capped environment
4. No flipping empty zones to avoid getting xp
5.(LOTD isn't an issue with original levels)
6. Gear, abilities, potions and more or less everything was designed for this and it just works better

If you wonder what original game was here goes
Tier 1 (cap 11/11) Decimator, Carnage
Tier 2 12 -21 (cap 21/21) Obliterator, Havoc, Kepper’s
Tier 3 22-31 (cap 31/31) Devastator, Mayhem, Redeye
Tier 4 32+ Ruin, Annihilator, Conq, Invader, Warlord, Sovereign, Bloodlord, sent, Dark, Tyrant

Never claimed it would make T4 all fair and equal gear. If you feel afraid of RvR just stay in T3 31/31 as long as you want to.

RR cap was changed for a reason, why we starting to looking solution for non-existing problem? You don't like playing in t3? You go PVE all night long. You like it? You play it. Why the heck we should change anything with RR cap at all?

Wow, you promote slaughtering lowranks in T4 with Sov geared toons while T3 with "twinks" is too hard?

With normal progression and no lock leeching you end between rr40 and 50, when hitting rank 40. To close the gap, it is much easier to play in T3, where a power gap hardly exists because of the flat item progression in lower tiers.

For what anyone should stay at 31/31, when there is no progression?! You still don't get the idea of XP off.

RvR Tier brackets:
1-15, 12-26, 22-39, 32-40

SC brackets:
Same order but rr70+ plays in last bracket

LotD items locked to rank 40, or no LotD at all.

No rr 90/100 sets. Renown capped at 80.

Invader as highest T3 armor set. Warlord and Worn-Sov and Sov as T4 exclusive armor sets.

Renown rank can be twice as high as character rank.

XP-off but no RP/XP-increase books.

RESULTS:

- no punishment for pve
- small power gaps, as item progression is linear
- rvr events in different tiers are possible without grinding new chars
- more freedom, when to start a new tier, as tier brackets overlap
- fair progression in all tiers, as higher items are easier attainable, when farming in previous tiers
- people can join T4 with r32 if they want, e.g. their guild is there
- better fights in T4 with less gear disparities
- no power creep with LotD items

I promte RvR in T4

The game was designed for T4 anni > sov range

Was changed for a reason yes cause of 1.4 gear FAIL

T4 twinked out chars to farm lowbies are ok, but twinks in T1-3, where no big power gaps exist is bad. Dude, you are hilarious.

There are no twinks in T4 only RvR so you are wrong per definition

Twinking is not limited to a certain tier.
Twinking is just making another toon and giving him unattainable (for the current time playing) items.
The same happens, when you use items or gold earned with your first char.
Every char after the first one is a twink unless you never trade items or money between them, something every player does.


Get your facts straight.

I repeat there never was a twink in T4 sorry mate. There was higher ranked and better geared players sure but well meh!
