Yea Wargrim is an ass and a terrible GM, but hey you get what you pay for. No $$$ means no motivator for staff to do the best job they can, and no leverage for you to do anything. Only options are seethe quietly and keep playing or quit. I tend to keep my interactions with gms to a minimum and enjoy my time here.

Wargrim and other GM's work hard. You'd understand that if you've been around longer than 2017. This game started as a broken t1 mess. Be nice to the GM's when they say they can't do something, or instruct you to move a different way rather than keep walking into a wall.

Also picking a battle with wargrim is just about the stupidest thing you can do, he has the high ground Anakin. Now go take the keep

I have too for so long. But it has gone on too long. it's not 'you get what you pay for $$', unless what youre referring to is paying with my time! which I paid a lot in discord and in the game! it's what we all are paying with! it's more valuable than money! and money shouldn't motivate a GM. you're not a master if you're only jumping to money! you don't deserve any title of recognition if you're so low. Game Belittler is the only title fitting for something so terrible.

or the entire server is the gms playing by themselves which then they will turn on themselves if they dont change their mentality to the community!

but really no one wants that because it's not for the good times.

I'm demanding that GMs are motivated by more than paychekcs or the lack there of!

be motivated by the spirit of Warhammer Online! Be Motivated by the community and the potential it has! be motivated by all the good things in life! by motivated by the spirit of the word and put that word into good action!

work hard to secure the server for the players.
treat them with respect, dignity, address sensitive issues with all the resources available.
be honorable in your interactions with the community at all times!

you really want to keep building that piece of **** name you have going for yourself? f*** no you don't! we don't want to brand people with bad names either! we don't want to see our GMs so low!

There's also the issue of consistency. Why do some GM's manually lock the zone at 5 stars (which would fl under their purview) and some don't? There must have been some private discussion where they decided they weren't going to do it that way anymore, which I somewhat expected tbh.

It was fixed not long ago, and it broke again. We needed another bugreport. That typically isn't going to happen if GM's simply unbreak the thing.

I'm staying humble with everything I type. I'm not picking a fight I'm making statements on the current situation.

if I didn't honor how much work they put into running this thing I wouldn't care about the community and the people who play it.

What else can someone do to better the community who's in this situation?
to stand up for all the people who have been bullied or trolled by a gm because theyre a gm. they don't need to get away with it. no one does. abuse to one is abuse to all.

I have been gms all my life! and I continue to be one! I have never once ever used trolling or bullying or public humiliation to manipulate someone into something or will I ever do it. I learn from the people I serve, I work for them, I submit to their ways and their will (of course as long as it's within reason) which what i'm saying is not without reason.

so why do we continue to have this going on?
why can't the gms speak up for themselves at this point?
Where is the pride in serving the community on all fronts???

Listen bud, I agree it sucks and it could be better. But you're honestly freaking out over a free game. I suggest you sleep on it and either keep playing or don't. It's really not that big a deal, at least not big enough for this amount of effort.
