I agree some nerf is necessary but is it possible to reduce the CD as well?
2min seem kind of long for some normal buff/debuff.
Maybe reduce it to 1min or 30sec depend on its effect.

Anyome knows what are the Mara 8piece bonis from Sov that what is writen here is just the warlord set and not the off and def mara sets. Anyone has tested this ?
