Will people who grab legendary guild names of the last original WAR servers with their alt characters to "sell them later" to original players get their punishment as well?

Why they should get a punishment?

They only choose names. Same with character names.

I thought there is great Witch Hunt called "Let's punish everyone destroying the game" going on.
And intentionally creating lots of guilds with level 1-2 characters to grab the original game legendary guild names in order to sell them to "original" owners when they come online is surely very nice attempt to build a good community.
I hate hypocrisy, so screens are available if needed.

Most people don't have static IP-adresses, they get new ones every 24h from their ISP. This is needed, as there are not enough IPv4 adresses available for everyone across the world.
So an IP ban would likely hold only ~ 24h.
