2h build maximize the damage of all spamable skills, unlike dualwield, where you put no points in mid path. So burst and skill damage is higher.
For weapons I would choose either rr45 sc weapon or epic t4 quest crit proc weapon. 2h subj is not that good and the AA damage difference is really small.

Your current main problem is the lack of good gear.

I'm 48. Ya no BL chest/book because it is very hard to get a BL group on rat ogre dude.
I'm looking at scaling, and it looks like rr80+ is mandatory for melee dps, 70+ for spec.

Not at all.
Use...
3 Conq (Boots, Belt, Body),
4 BL (Cloak, Helm, Jewel, Pocket),
2 Ruin (Gloves, Shoulder)
... and t4 epic 2h weapon with crit proc.
2-3 Genesis jewels (at least melee power and str/wou piece).
This gear is not hard to get.
If you have no luck with Conq body in gold bag, replace it with BL/Ruin as long as total numbers per set stays the same. Ruin shoulder and Conq boots are mandatory, other pieces you can shift around.
With rr50 you can make a complete 2h build without heal channel. Without channel you can go much lower. With rr60 you can make a solid build with channel, where the last rr70 skill point is optional.

Good info, I have most of this, no cons bp, but all the rest. What about talismen?

Str talisman and either wounds or ws in 2nd weapon slot, because you compensate the lacking Brute Force tactic. The 15% crit you gain is worth more than the 5-6 ws talismans.

I am not mad at all. I just dont like Git to da choppa in current state and hope it gonna be removed as soon as possible .-)
