Lets not forget that Ruin and Destruction used to stun for 3 seconds. You didn't need the Kotbs back then. BW/IB/RP was the original bomb groups but later changed to BW/IB/WP. RoF spam from distance to build morale, then Ignite-Detonate, Firebreath, R&D and finnish off with RoF. Anything trying to hit anything close to the IB's would also take 4k damag/gcd from AoEing 8 IB's with Oathstone up.
