Pretty sure the change tackles the <5min adventures some were departing on, if you stick around for a normal-ish game session (~30min+) you shouldn't have an issue, unless you afk.
I am the certain time spent in a zone is being taken into account to prevent what you've described.

At last, you can just test it ~ with the new chat messages indicating performance, it should'nt be difficault to figure what you need to do to make your sessions worthwhile, one way or another.

standards giving stats would indeed break gameplay (too op) for or against... niether having is one less thing for people to generally complain about

It will slow down rvr leveling but it was being abused. Can't say forcing sub-30's into pve and SC is altogether a bad thing.

But to a certain extent it does make rvr under 30 a bit pointless.

I think the gear changes are good but the exp/renown reduction not so much.

So you get gold bag in t3 as lvl 23 and you get devastetor armor (25 solider medalions) and 5 conq (125 solider medaions) to chose from ?....
and genesis is 36 lvl req and you can get it only 40/41+ ? took me more than 40 bags to get 5/5 and more then 4 months on main...

if you wona tier loot by lvl and rr then return old rvr sistem and saparet t2-3-4 not noisence like this...
