The fix is for being initiative debuffed below 0. Before if you got debuffed below 0 initiative the formula could not calculate your chance to be crit and it made you crit hit immune. That is fixed now, so if you get debuffed below 0 you will ALWAYS get crit, even if you could conjure an absurd amount of %crit hit reduction.
