Much of the game isn't fair. Like I said give all the healers the reason to be in party and they will. Instead of all the group utility to a single healer and nothing to another. If one healer has no group utility and heals just as well out of group of course they will.

Easy fix dont reward renown in party differently then outside party. Thus the healer would get renown from the seperate pool (on the players) and his/her share from group kills is reduced to 1/4. (3/4 is discarded).

No serious premade would ever take a am over a wp. We need that boost to get any serious rp as you don't get spots over wps. Of course if they did fix the balance issues so it wasn't needed sure remove it.

They are too expensive to use. RP dont touch theirs as they have a cheap flash heal. Mobility is just the most obvious problem as it affects even solo ams. They have no tactics and no group abilities except a res buff that is much lower than a single knight aura. AMs due to having a lifetap tree that is useless and a dot tree miss any sort of group tree so have nothing that compares to the other healers. The could never get a place over them without a total rework of a tree. Thats why you might as well drop group and at least get something out of healing otherwise you're better off as a gimped dps. The only redeeming feature of am is it wasnt any worse oog and great solo.

Yup, I don't think anyone even slots it. That's a glaring example of bad design and should be fixed.

All the HE careers seem ill thought out. You can tell they were the last out of the door.

In my experience this is not entirely true. The best premades i saw/played with had no problem grouping with any class, and even while running AM/engie/SM they would still wreck most of destro players. Also, several "top" players would play AM/SM alts and their friends/guild would still happily group with them (and continue to wreck most destro players).
However, when it came to a
serious e-peen-forumhammer-6v6, THEN people would run the usual setup.
