I'm still not sure how it works on getting a quest from one captured keep, then logging the zone and then giving the quest to some keeplord in another zone.
But it will play out in the following days.

Thou i would suggest somth like progressive curve - more AAO your side have = more bags (400 aao = x4 all bags). And their side gets less loot to some point (for ex they get 1 bag of each type for zone lock if other side had 400 aao).
This might actually solve the XRealmers problem.
Btw isn't this quest about keep def killing?
