Well, it's a niche game at this point. Pop rarely gets above 800 now and those who still play are probably on the hardcore side of things.
Let be honest, WAR's population was extremely casual for the most part. It was overwhelmingly full of people who looked at empty zones to cap and empty city instances to "fight". I think RoR has weeded out a lot of "casual" players that you used to find on live, for better or worse.

What's mean "burst" im not sure but read this word often when people write about WL. I personally understand this as max strong hits
)) 7k in 3 sec? Ok nvm, a lot of weak hits. The strongest attack was for 850 dmg...With guard or detaunt this will be 450 dmg. With cleasing wind this will be 0. I belive the victim had lag

Eeehm See the screen above? There are 7 k dmg in 3 seconds. Burst dont mean high hits it means high dmg in low time

See the screen above? This is why you have Armor and Toughness. If you want to be a little glass cannon, then you can expect to be shattered once in a while. Mitigating 100 damage from a 700 damage AA is just sad.
WL is too strong, WL is too weak. WL is the Schrodinger's Cat of RoR. How does one nerf and buff a class at the same time? I'm no physicist, just the guy who locks threads. At least we can confirm that horse that you're all beating on is quite dead.
