Return of Reckoning

I was able to log in once yesterday morning. Now I'm stuck with "authentication failed - application will now terminate".

Can someone please help me with a similar issue? I've installed the game with no issues and I can run the launcher with no issues/errors. It takes me to the server screen, but no matter what I try it always times out? I have not been able to connect to a server to make a character yet. I've tried permitting and disabling antivirus and firewalls but no joy... any ideas???
