Wasn't there an apprentice system or whatever on live where you could bring your lowbie friends into the t4 lakes to RvR and bolster them to 40?

I fully agree...I am currently leveling a healer and I absolutely hate hate hate grinding. The game is not fun through empty tiers...it's so bad it makes me want to play WoW instead.

I thought T1 and T2 were doing fine, in fact they might be better in terms of ORvR action (not scens) than t4. T3 is where it's half-dead atm, even though there are some fights occasionally. I guess all of the solutions here are potentially viable. Allow entry to t4 to 22+ with a bigger bolster (all tiers overbolster, but t4 only bolsters to 40, don't know why it's like that). Allow the apprentice system, where a lower level character can be bolstered to t4 if playing with a level 40 friend. Another idea I had was to extend t3 from 22 to 39 (Or 35-36 could be used as a break, if Ruin gear is too strong for T3), which would increase the population there substantially and perhaps create some action (together with a greater bolster for the lower ranks). Additionally an argument for the above change would be that the power gap between a 40/40 with full mercenary/annihilator is much greater than that between current R31 and R22, so an extension of T3 would make powergaps overall smaller than they are currently.

tough lv in 1 go is hard try to level up togheter more chars, due to how rest work (linked to char not to account) and now t2-t3 quest giving x3 of exp ( that should be extended too to t4 imo).
You can level faster 3x characters cyclyng them using rest exp as carry, than leveling only one char, just remember to leave it in capital to benefith the more from rest (or was in tavern for the best value?)

Cut T3 out completely, adjust tier gaps appropriately and use T3 maps for lower population RvR.

I have never been able to shake the feeling that RvR worked better on the T3 maps.
