There is a difference between being a casual player, i.e. someone that can only play x amount of hours or y type of gameplay, and someone who flat-out refuses to form a group - the building block of this game. Contrary to popular opinion, you can actually be a casual premade player!
What Dalgri is saying is that players who can only fit their game time in with their schedules - or casual style - are not a problem; rather, it is those players who flat-out refuse to form/join a group in group-scaled instances and demand that those who do, suffer/be alienated.
The game has always been purported as a PvP/RVR MMO which means that group play is more important than it is in any other game. I want the best for casual players and premade players: without casual players, the game would be about 100 people; and without premade players, there wouldn't be that zest or hunger for competitive PvP to the same extent (I think this is a fair comparison to make). However, PWDLGs (players who don't like groups) - be they casual players or hardcore - ought not be heeded when bearing in mind the aforementioned.
regarding ot again
* as aza has said, there is simply not a population for separate pug v pug/premade v premade queues so this is not an option;
* however, I believe it would be cool to make reikland factory/battle for praag pug-only scenarios with less emblems per win. this was mentioned in another thread and a few people seemed to think it was a good idea;
* by 'pug' I am referring to a player who wants to play in a group, but for reasons outside of their control (time, personal life, whatever) has difficulty doing so. I support these kinds of casual players, as they do want to play the game properly and form groups where they can. but for people who demand everything given to them on a silver plate without making an effort to form a group? na
