To much dmg loss by loosing rage on exhaustive attacks Also outgoin healdebuff and ST cooldown increaser isn't that great in practise. In situations were this spec would be good it can be really hard to reach healers so you need to deal with frontline dps were outgoin healdebuff does nothing. In small scale healing you don't really spam same heals either so the CD increaser does almoast nothing. Its good vs classes like WH wich spams same attacks or in 1v1 vs another mdps class

I think Frandito runs a build simular to this. Called Suicide Build on live. Wot Rules, Chop Fasta and Wild Choppin is basicly what you want. So when WB leader calls for Chop Fasta, Zealot drops ap ritual and sorcs and Choppas melt with wild choppin and infernal wave.
