I really like what you have shared here.
due to its nature WAR has always been full of salt, banter and chat wars. that's what a lot of people like about the game, me included. i think the cross faction chat is fun as long as there are no harsh insults included. the thing i really enjoy the most ingame is to piss people off, especially our lovely forum warriors. adding an " :^) " or "noob down :O" is just the icing of the cake.
besides the banter, the cross faction whisper function also allows us to arrange proper fights (such as 6vs6) and synchronize SC queues without using the forums PM system. it is super uncomplicated and quick.
