It is not only reaction to paladin1702 posts. Last days in general chat there are several players who sh.t talk about or to GMs(devs). Still wondering where those peple get theyr arogance to insult people who try to rebuild this game from nearly nothing.

It is not that long ago where we were running in t1, trying to kill champs for Cloack of the Lady(stil have one on my IB )

If you're talking about "fukface", they weren't able to still play on the same account, they created a new account to resume playing. That's called ban evasion.

I did not "create" a new account to evade a ban. I was playing on my main account for 2 or 3 nights not knowing the fukface account was banned because how the hell am I supposed to know if I make no attempt to log on it. I received no email I receive no message in game when it was banned.

Fortunately (or unfortunately in my case) it's not against the rules to create and maintain multiple account on this server but if one gets banned and you don't know it you're essentially getting perma-banned for evading a ban you never know do you had. Maybe the next rule thread update will enact 1 account per person.

I was more than willing to take my 7 days for remaking fukface (he was never logged in. I just wanted to see if the name was disabled server side and forgot to delete him.) but permbanning one of the few active NA players you have over something so petty is ridiculous. I suppose you can also consider typing #ripfukface in general chat "bitching" about the change, definitely worthy of a permaban.

After attempting to talk it out with the GM that submitted the permaban I'm rewarded with a 7 day ban(which is still in effect a month later) AND a roll back of 10 different characters to level 1. What a consolation prize!

The fact that the devs/GM's can be shittalked is a testament to how well they are running the server and how much they actually care about the community.

I wouldn't want to be part of a community ran by Nazi's were if I ever criticized anything I would be thrown in a gulag.

I honestly think threads like these are healthy.

While mistakes and errors are possible, we are after all human, the restraint of the GMs in this game is amazing, I personally would ban everyone who ever killed me in pvp.......

he got not warning of his 3 day ban and was never logged out, he was able to play still and he was told he was banned for avoiding his ban

Not meaning to Derail, he wasn't purposely evading his ban as he was never kicked off tyhe account that was banned in the first place. He was still actually able to log in and play on that account during the 3 day ban..I was merely stating who ever banned him didn't do it correctly or something. Maybe bans need to be enforced by IP and not by account then? Especially if anyone can evade a ban by creating a new account.

So he was Banned, Logged back in the same account, which was his already leveled and Guilded toon?

The Dev/GM reply seems to suggest it was an entirely separate account?

Don't think it will be, not if I can prevent it.

If it means anything, I think your case was handled very poorly, and it's one of the reasons we're going to change the way we deal with ToS violations, to prevent something like this happening again.
