The realm pride is strong in this thread. What an epic suggestion to help root out filthy x-realmers in your zerg guilds any empty keep takes. This thread made my visit to the forum worth it today. Your asking the devs to code a system to allow you to name and shame. What great use of time.

People will be surprised to know how many of their friends/guildies are actually dirty crossrealmers as well!

Why would you give a "****" if people -know- you xrealm or not in-game?

If you are being spotted with the xrealm marker and AAO regularly, people will soon figure out who are the fight-seekers (good on ya) and who are the freeloots-seekers (aka leechers ruining the rvr). As a GL I'd actually like to know who is actively xrealming tbh. I don't see the harm and I do see the potential help. Let the players self-police it if they want to *shrug*.

What **** purpose does having a label identifying people who PLAY MORE THAN ONE CLASS ACROSS ORDER AND DESTRO achieve? Really? You want the devs to dedicate their time to more fruitless endeavours?

The most fun is when you are on vent/ts and saying locations of where you are and you don't realize that someone who seemed AFK is on a WE picking them off one by one.

It would be nice to have this just see if all the people actually do only switch to get a fight, or they do it just to win the fight they are losing. Fact is, you can't do this b/c then people like me would have more of a reason to give my friends crap when they swap just to kill stragglers regardless of AAO or not lol.

Fun idea, would be hilarious because I would bet that almost none of the people that say they only switch b/c of AAO and good fights, blah blah blah actually do it for that. But its more fun to wonder rather than make a vast majority of this server feel ashamed for what they do.

Imagine if everytime you watched porn something like this would mark you... it'd sure make going out in public/church/school interesting..

Terrible idea. I, as well as countless others, explained to you why this idea was terrible and you could not defend your point as to how this would resolve any issues and it seems even on this thread you did not either.

- It would, I assume, waste the times of the devs making this "marker" come to fruition

- It would only separate realms even further assuming people actually cared

- Not to mention if the person has separate accounts for different realms that person goes unbranded making the system easy to "exploit"

- Your defense of, well it would just be nice to know who is xrealming, stance you took as your defense last night doesn't help or make the game better in any form that I or countless others (yourself included) could come up with. Besides the circular reasoning you did.

- You are now saying if I want to play both realms because I like certain classes Destro has over Order and like to play on both sides when I choose for non-malicious reasons, I am now to be considered something negative because my desire to play the class I want at that moment

Like I said if this is SUCH a big deal for you that it ruins your gaming experience, as you explained it did last night, do what I said.

Make yourself a fun little macro that states something along the lines of,

"Hey, I don't like playing with xrealmers and don't want them in my group. If you are a xrealmer please leave so you don't negatively impact my play time. Thank you."

Love this idea even better with that buff set on buff no items /rr/influx gain since it's only for fights their after
