I dont know how the tactic stacking works but does the 15% from masterful trech stack with 15% from ToB?
im assuming both stack with flanking
Also sorry no more qustions after this dont want to derail WH thread with WE questions

No brute force in either spec that's a considerable loss of base stats and not specing heart seeker seems just wrong to me.
From my experience anything that stands up and can pot will basically murder you. Every second the opponent is stood the fight becomes exponentially harder to win.
2 elixers is a good choice you have one for none magic classes and one for those soloing am's and bw.

but late game you dont need + stat tactics like brute force when mdps can reach the 1050 str soft cap?
i say this cause that what i heard
i did not play mdps on live only BO and BG really
but every choppa video iv ever seen has the choppa running Dont wanna live for eva and brute force but i assumed that was because choppas ran def sets
and DWLF because free WS

Except before they made CC universal the kd was 2s and disarm was 4 and silence was 3. And running oyk instead of HS is the gank spec to counter kiters with a ranged kd. KD is overrated and 90% of the WH/WE don't even use it correctly(popping feinted and hitting KD, NEVER do this.)
Tactics I didn't look at tenton but I wouldnt run tob in a gank spec as Im not normally being hit in that spec. If I am I'm not going to live most likely. Would run masterful, IP, flanking, and bf or fleet footed for a gap closer on ppl.

Might be more possible on this server as nobody will spec trivial blows but back on live that little 45 point sink stopped people capping strength as they would use remaining points to grab crit.

Im an original WE. I used to remember how useful OYK was for defense in SC. You can affectively continue attacking your target with OYK and also disabling a tank headed your way to punt or knock you down. You also stop possibly a guard float. I made a living off it and used to pull 20-25 kb's in searpant's passage. It was mainly cause we were overpowered, however, the value of OYK in a premade was invaluable.
I don't have a ton of experience with witch brew, but, what little I had, I would have a hard time going without it. Even in SC, the ability to load up charges off a pet or tank, then go insta-gib someone is pretty beast. 10 second cooldown is nice. Piece armor was heavily nerfed to buff weapon skill, the armor debuff used to strip clothies naked, but, obviously you can find armor reduction from other sources in an SC and your spammable attack ignores armor. Sick attack, but not worth speccing for imho.
I dunno, even ganking I would probaby go black lotus blade (stacks with kiss of death for healdebuffing) and witch brew as leaving your bloodlust mechanic up to the last possible moment (20 sec) then using witch brew (30 sec or 60 buff?) You can actually run around with a loaded gun from quite a bit of time in RvR and your next kill is free. I saw Nydig and others wreck a bunch of people this way. If you are ganking in North American times RvR, I'd probably go piece armor and OYK, but if you have population at your disposal,..probably witch brew for me. WB procs off throw dagger, and has no internal cooldown so with auto attacks and everythig you just unload and can drop someone in 1-2 globals. Who doesn't want that kind of damage potential?
And just food for thought, I love when my caster gets silenced and not knocked down. The first 2 abilities I use are Flee and health pot. You can then easily turn, face and kite, at speed, chug an AP pot and you are looking ok. This is all assuming you have the gear and wounds to survive the intial burst. Being knocked down though, you are pretty much done.

I have since learned the usefulness of the tactic. I have played more WE here than I did on live solo and it's awesome when I swap tactics before I open on an rdps. Still prefer bf though
I also agree that I prefer Witchbrew all the time vs gank spec for the damage I can do to heavy defense targets. But the gank spec is still very viable and I would run it from time to time in t4 not in t3

Not sure how swift pursuit works in RoR, but on live you the trick when out of combat was to pop tactic bar w/ swift pursuit, activate fleet-foot (which earns the speed boost), and then you could move tacitc bar back to regular dps tactics and the speed would remain. This was the pro way for engagning and chasing once combat dropped or pre-combat.

have not tried double swap
