I agree with everything grew stoned wrote there should have been a wipe of some kinda a while back to reset the playing field

A gold wipe makes everyone poor again, but does not address the base issue of forcing people in a PvP oriented game to do PvE things simply to be viable. It sill costs too bloody much to jump around fulfilling the kill quests in the WCs vis-à-vis the reward. The Kill quest rewards should be increased, or all the kill quests should be centralized, and/or they should put effort into creating attractive gold sink holes ( i.e. vanity items) rather than punish those who are simply interested in the base game mechanics.

Basing the entire games economy around kill quest turn ins is dumb. If we had 1 thread for every 10 of these dumb kill quest threads that tried to tackle the real problems with the economy we might get somewhere :^)

But what I do know is people are putting way to much emphasis on kill quest turn ins, like it is some kind of state enforced basic income for the masses by some weird socialistic virtual government.

Having a good OP is vital for good discussion, not saying that it can't happen in this thread but it probably wont.
