Same problem here tried recommended fixes still no luck, made a new account and it all works fine, been playing new chars for last couple of days but want my main back so very very much now.... please help

I've had this issue for a while as well. Perhaps it takes a while for the password change to take effect within the game servers? Before I try changing my password again, I'm going to wait for a few days.

Hello, same problem ive reset my password and now i cant log into game. Tryed to log with copied "resseted pw" but it not helps.
Changed my password right now.

"This happens when you use numbers or special letters like russian letters or for example: á à â. Change your password (8 digit seems to be fine. It may take some days before working with login server) or create a new account."

Should i use only lower letters without numbers?
PW updated, could u guys update my login settings?

same problem here . i have changed the passoword to lower letters. still can log into the game.

Hi guys, same for me, I've change my password to a shorter one only in letters but I have the "Invalid/Username Password" message, plz help and thanks by advance .

Heelp pls I have not played half a year and also gives an incorrect password and login,tried everything,does not work

Got new password, works in forum but not in game, the password is all in lower letters and just alphabetical, need help though to log into game as I get the same message as all others here.

My old password still works, so on 1 comp I can get in and play, however, the new one I have and on which I would like to play on, dont work, please help.
