Just abit of added information jump on the move with hand of ruin and it works in mid flight always has.

to me 5th bonus on sorc is not worth at all.

Good to know, Withering Heat works on the move. I never thought of jumping with HoR thanks for the tip.

Unless something got changed with the last patch, no it does not.

And if does work on the move, is a bug.

Sorry, when I say "works on the move" I mean you can cast it while moving, get the 1st tick of damage and the slow then it stops. I don't mean it channels while I keep moving. With HoR it won't even cast unless your character is stationary.

Sorc have 2 best way dots and aoe said Stopcast

played a sorc on live to 87 and a bw to 90 both very fun classes and builds are similar , echo of power was ok until they nerfed it ,

i always ran either clamity up to asorb vitality, or clamity up to hand of ruin, and agony up to impending doom . but at 32 that is not an option, so it is either clamity up to asorb vitality for single target burst rotation, with Endless knowledge, infernal gift, and devour engery, or Destruction, skip black horror and take Distraious cascade, Shadow knives, infernal gift, neverending agony, and Endless knowledge . try and get to 5k wounds, then focus on intel and crit .

why are you not getting chilling gusts or shadow of disaster and especially not vision of domination?

is devor energy really necessary with pacing of spells and reckless gathering?

actualy i did , just typed in other stuff while looking at the tactics for what i ran on destruction , normaly clamity was this . sloted chilling gust a few times, but normally didn`t spec it .
