On the life server i was once i an us warband and on a ventrilo with them.
Every first word was the f word and then the n word an so on.
They talked the hole day like this.
No problem for them.

And as i wrote before. The first bann was ok and it was more ironic post.
But the second one was for no reason. (the reason was the post it self / no one can crtiscize staff ironic ore not)
If ppl can't handel when you criticize them and then need to bann and be offence on a forum it only shows me that they
are poor as person.

Did you ever played Teamsport as Soccer Rugby and so on?
Do you realy think in the head of the fight and the game everyone is nice and speak like Cindarella to you ?
Hell no. Sometimes some rude words needet to win a fight to win a game.
But thats not the Point.

U already got told earlier, that this ain't the life server you've been calling each others with names that are below trash, but on a private hosted project.

I'm sorry for you if you think that the "bad language" u enjoyed years before RoR would be common pleasure. By now you should know that it's not.

You got your chances to take the turn and change your behaviour more then once.
But in the end you didn't take the chances you got from the devs seriously.

It was your own decision to handle things like that.

Deal with the outcome. Don't blame others for following the rules you accepted when you joined the RoR community.

No. But he removes idiots from the game/forum from time2time when it is justified. They normally complain about it on the forums or DDoS the server after it.

Hes not very good with ppl and as Player it self.
He bannd me in a Sc because i ask ppl to switch out of Party so my Runi can go to party 2 to heal them.
Ok i ask it rude. XD But most ppl on the server are rude to eachother in chats. In any language.
Aaaaw...you (and other "valuable" members of the community) offend/defame each other permanently in the game in a way that would be also in no other environment tolerable, but he is the one who "is not very good with people"?

Maybe hes a good "Deff" but hes not a good Gamemaster. (But what you expect from an Elf)
1. He is a good dev
2. He is as good as a GM as anyone else on the staff, who permanently try to enforce some basic law (aka ToS) on the server/forums to protect the (silent) majority of normal people from the (loud) minority of idiots.

Black people in certain groups, streetgangs and what else indeed call themselves this way like "yo ****" but this is a different context and not similar like the way you used this word.
How you talk in private chat or voice com is your own business, in public channels you respect the ToS.

It looks like all your arguments and examples are flawed.

1. The server is not illegal and what have ToS to do with that?
2. The "n-word" has it's origin in the word "niger" (latin, means black) to describe people with a dark skin color. It was later used with double "gg" in a disparaging way to discrimate against afro-american people. As we are on the internet, no one here can check if you're an afro-american using this word to another afro-american in a non-disparaging way (surprise, surprise).
3. Normal people are, for instance, people with knowledge about point 1. and 2.
