Nope. Rampage makes the attacks undefendable. No amount of block and parry will let you block or parry an attack that cannot be blocked or parried.
Fey asked what abilities trump Morales- rampage trumps Morales that give block/parry.
Red Tipped Arrer, VON Fester, FO, Cutting Claw, Snipe, BoC all ignore morale as well so its not like its just a slayer thing.
I think that, unless you are using 1 skill and then go faceroll screaming "..... you and your defence!" not spammable undefendable skills are fine. Yeah, rampage. Same goes for gtdc - pure cancer that, aside from being disgusting, deleted riftbot magus.

True, but they don't have the debuff now in AoE. So it would still be 21.4% + 25% = 46.4% as long as the tactic is additive and not multiplicative. So an effective loss of 5% or so depending on current WS
It's a touch worse than that even because PB is no longer immune to the reduced armor penetration stat on top of everything else, which it was before. Feel free to do the math, end result isn't catastrophically impactful, but it is an aspect that is being neglected that does have some impact. Reason it was multiplicative is becasue it wasn't armor penetration stat to begin with, it was armor ignore, different thangs.

The tooltip from 1.4.8 (the final build of the live game) for Kiss of Doom is literally just "Kiss of Death will now heal you for the damage it deals.".
edit: checked the DVD files (launch version) and in that the tactic was named Murderous Poisons with a description of "Increases the chances for all of your Poisons to trigger by {COM_0_VAL0}%.". Seems at some point between launch and 1.4.8 it was changed to Kiss of Doom and the effect changed to healing.

It's not nostalgia, live was just the better game, you had a strong progression hook up to rr100, better tactics and, whilst WH/WL were beasts, AM/Sham were not half as destructive to the meta. 2H tanks were move viable, Mara was just a **** on live though lol
EDIT: Also LOTD was more fun with the PQs.
