So dual wield gets more damage... and more tankiness... But I get block strikethrough...
Order Bias I guess.

50% AA haste tactics which allow you to take advantage of procs from flames of rhuin and stuf

Dont see how this is relevant to the conversation. Noone is asking to make 2H attack faster to compete with DW.
Plus, if you are seriously complaining about a Grace WP, I dont even know what to say right now....
I dont see ANY "advantage" of 2H > DW. In fact DW gets more "defenses" via parry AND deals more damage from faster attack speed which will proc more...
Thats the "core" of this.
If a player is looking at two options. 2H versus DW, DW is going to win HANDS DOWN.
When looking at 2H weapons for tanks, when does a tank ever attack another tank anyways? The stat is completely useless.....
It almost seems like the DW crowd just wants to keep DW > 2H because if it did go live, they might actually have to stack a little more defense than just pure glass canon - relying on the 10% free parry they get... Which wouldnt help as much against 2H players...
It just seems so painfully obvious that it makes a more even playing field, unless im COMPLETELY missing something here.... Which is possible I admit...

DoKs also have this, on top of their base faster attack.

And boom goes the dynamite. Man I wish I was on this server when this argument was going on. This last month of learning and meeting everyone has been so great. Hopefully the idiots who tried to make any argument against this are gone

or not a dev in which case I'm sorry and you are not an idiot

.
C'mon people! Where are the QQ'ers from before?! I wanna see some form of an argument for this that makes any rational sense other than a Choppa being afraid his melee trains won't be as effective *insert sad face*
Thanks again everyone for shedding some light on a very "Dual-Wield destro" topic that was pushed under the rug. I'm excited to see what comes of it

I agree with you
i wanted this to go through make 2H the counter to DW
however you were wrong on a few thing im not certian on for slayer but 2h choppa is the prefered play style in premades where there is less risk of them exploding from slotting no rage drop while getting more utlity with single target shatter limbs and delicious, inc + outgoing hd for 75% hdbuff, 3k crits
The WL 2h parry ignore was a legitimate argument as it would be giving more free damage to WL which it does not need which is why i want a change to 2h that does not buff mdps, such as reclassifying them in the DB so that the change only applies to tank great weapons
Now the silly point about this affecting order more than destro was kinda silly
on order you have mainly
SM,IB.sl, WL whom use 2h
Destro has
BO, CH, chops
its 1 class difference, if you remove the mdps then its 3 for 3 tanks
the nonsense about parry strikethough are crippling stikes was dumb, CS application is 2h chosens role, parry strike would enforce how good he is meant to be at that role cause 2h chosens is still < than Snb Chosen

It's also nonsense because main tool for applying CS for 2h Chosen is Rending Blade, which can't be parried anyways.

yes and it was brought up by penril who also brought up that parry strike through for slayer is irrelvent if it buffs slayer or not because slayers have rampage
I dont know what 6v6 convoluted theory crafting shenanigans bretin posted but it obviously convinced az

Rampage is easy to remove tbh. Buffing 2H means we buff
WL
Choppa
Slayer
WP
Tanks
buffing the first 3 is uncalled for, buffing WP is okay. Lacking 2h damage is not what's wrong with 2h tanks.

my advice is to read the thread before posting some bullsh1t.
the "majority" who agreed that such a buff would be justified didnt think further than a casual BO who goes nuts with aoe punt followed by raze.
