Current t4 "endgame" gear is a grind and I couldn't care less about that, when the focus of this event is a rvr campaign rework.
I know there are plans to improve t4 rvr loot gain and this is enough for me. I don't waste my time and try to grind gear and roll for 10 bags with 150 people. How can someone play for gear, when the odds are so horrible?

u forgot, auras reset, so does guard , and other stuffScrilian wrote:I'm a bit frustrated having to play a pet class in lower tier zones, where pet constantly despawns and goes on cooldown because most of the fighting usually revolves in-between two zones.
But I guess there wont be a fix any time soon, for pets at least to resemble rams and cannons that don't despawn(most of the time) when zoning from one rvr zone into another.

Honestly, i personally couldnt care less about loot and gear. We have a chance here to perhaps get more diversity in the long run. Do you really want to play the same t4 maps over and over again, one of them sometimes take hours without end? Embrace the chance yali and the devs are offering here, test the new layout and give useful feedback than. AoR Is dead and gone, long live RoR. Im looking forward to friday.

Yes it will be quite difficult with guards, buffs and everything else resetting when switching zones. I really hope devs fix that asap, if it's even possible at the moment.

Nice news, let's play !
I have enjoy your T1 reboot.
I don't know how the news players can decently learn to play this game, have fun and stay, without some Tiers for that...
But I will be here to try.
I just hope this is not a new trap to have more easy canon fodder (under geared) for your high ranked characters...

The best 6 six mans or groups within a warband have astronomically higher chances of winning a bag over everyone else. Enemy zone kill tracker can be a good measure as well as knowing if your group has been in zone the longest and is doing objectives, supplies, ram, and hitting the lord.Sulorie wrote:Current t4 "endgame" gear is a grind and I couldn't care less about that, when the focus of this event is a rvr campaign rework.

It becomes even easier in late NA when there is virtually no more than 2 six mans competing for high places for loot bonus.

Yeah but fighting 4h for one zone is still too much more me.Jaycub wrote: The best 6 six mans or groups within a warband have astronomically higher chances of winning a bag over everyone else. Ofc it is different at low pop times.
Dying is no option.

Re: Something something...
I'm hoping I'm wrong but I personally think this is going to flop after a week or two because once the nostalgia wears off people are going to be tired of T2/T3 because they weren't designed for that many people nor the skillsets that 40's will have, T3 despawn nightmare will compound on itself and piss people off, and I think the lack of rewards will just make all of it the more frustrating for people. I hope i'm wrong but at this point I'm planning to play T2 for nostalgia (and I honestly like those zones), sit out T3 and do SC's, and play T4 ORvR at the usual rate I do now.
Though I probably would play all 3 tiers on my lower level alts that are leveling - so in the sense for lower leveled/new people I think this will be a big success!
