I'm not trying to mirror classes. I'm not asking for a new skill that destro never had (like, for example, asking for CoC for order, or Eye Shot for destro). I'm asking for a balance fix on existing skills.
You give order a AoE CD increaser, on a class that can make it undefendable and also happens to be the strongest mdps class on that realm as well (maybe not currently, but definitely in T4).
On the other hand, you give the same skill to a destro ranged class, and put it in his melee tree.
If that looks balanced to you then idk what to say...

Anyway, if Shatter limbs is not that powerful, then why the fck are people so against it being moved from SHs to Choppas or moved from Slayers to Shadow Warriors?

Swapping those abillities either way would be mirroring? What else?
Still looking for where in my post I talked about things beeing balanced?

You didnt mention balance. I did, and that was more like a rethorical question, asking if you thought it was balanced.
If you think what i ask is mirroring, then let's do this: Remove Bad Gas from SH and give it to Choppas. AND remove Shatter Limbs from Slayers and give it to Shadow Warriors.
There. No mirroring here. And no problem either, since Shattered Limbs is kinda meh. I'm sure all of order will approve.

What tears? Order already has something 1000 times better than Chop Fasta (Whispering Winds). If Slayers get Chop Fasta i would be perfectly fine with it.
