You created your account recently, and you should have received a mail to activate it. If we do it manually, it may block your ability to play. So please check your mails.
My friend has checked his emails. I had this problem when i started and it was a website issue... i had to email you directly to get my account activated. He has STILL not received an email and it has been over a week. He can not use the website himself because the account is not active... What would you have him do?

I cant logg in on the laucher, it stated my account is not active but I can log in in this forus and I alredy actuvated the account by mail. The username is SlapFox.

If you're new to the game, this thread was created while we were experiencing some issues with account creation. They don't need to be manually activated at this time.
Chances are you're missing a different step, the server is catching up on activations, or the password you used has special characters that the server doesn't like. Probably the last one.
