I dont know what the icd on wb was but it could not proc on same time stamp maybe the difference was like .5 secs per proc but if you opened on a person with it up you would not get proc from ability and 2 procs from both auto attacks.

That vid posted of the parry we might not have a combat log but it does have buff head where you can see the buff and that red glow around the WE which is WB you can clearly see it lasts a lot longer then a couple seconds every single time its put up.

Maybe the icd added was to much maybe it should be lower. I remember WB had 10 sec cd and it took almost 10 secs to go through all 6 procs if you could just beat on a something non stop. There 100% was some kind of check stopping procs from going off every single hit from a ability or AA.

Here's a good example of how WB worked on live https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xtH6_62lNWw previously it didn't have and IC as it was an oversight on mythic's part that was changed via stealth nerf to a 1 sec IC you won't find it in the patch notes as it was undocumented but alot of testing went into figuring out the IC. I remember this time vividly cause alot of gravy train WE bailed.

So careful devs your white bias i mean your order bias is showing =-)

Agree with @Lilsabin.
WE/WH needs in my opinion shorter cooldown on stealth and maybe either instant stealth once in certain time to get out of the battle or shorter entrance to stealth. If you pop out of stealth and didn't kill your target, your just wasted so much of your time because most of the times you will die right after your cooldowns are done. I also feel like in sieges we quite useless.

lol , u wont have time to gank **** , because of stealth , you have 30 secs to pick a target , and as soon as u are seen , u are DEAD .

WB + For the Hug queen = how does it work?
Only on 1st attack after applying? Every proc can trigger nockdown?

"toe-to-toe combat"... you realise that as a witch elf or hunter , you cannot face to face your target , you always need to open a fight with a jump outta stealth ability to be efficient and it is a matter of 3 second till you die if your target is not down ... i feel like we are more of a 1 time strike class , like if u miss your opener (and is revealed) or cant take down your target fast enough after opening , you are done . with all the zerg going on , as soon as you are revealed it s almost a guaranteed death

Arguments aren't balanced about 'Solo vs. Mass in RvR'.

Stealth is a strong ability, easy abusable for many more things than 'popping out of stealth to be effective'.
If you want to pop out of stealth, kill someone to dissapear into stealth again, just to rinse&repeat, get some backup. Aim for stragglers, retreat into your mates after that.

If I'd use your argument 'with all the zerg going on, ... , almost a guaranteed death' I could as well say 'Hey, I'm a tank up on front. Because of that I'm pulled and killed often, if zerg does meet zerg and Maras start spamming pulls. Make any skill deal half dmg to me, since I'm supposed to be tanky.'

I've seen WE/WH doing just fine and I've seen bad ones. If you see someone run into a group of ppl, after they got detected - without support - because they prey managed to get away, you know it's a bad one.
Stealthganker/Solokiller will observe and use their stealth as needed and don't need to spam it to be effective.
