It's not about what you take, it's about what you get.
If the sets are to be altered from original designs, therefore I see no reason to implement unequal distribution of the desired stats.
SL/CH class mechanic makes toughness almost pointless, for example. BW/Sorc should get toughness like everyone else, regardless of the mechanics.

why exactly is it useless to get what you lose when taking a certain tactic? because you cant get it to an insane number and combine it with armor tactic to make him a fulltank with 1050 toughness 1050 ws and 1050 str? much wow some ppl literally forget that this class is still a medium armor class and those are in general hard to kill no need to give them more than they need so i suggest stop asking for it

Just as uselfull as toughness to as BW/Sorc, if not less, nor I asked for anything to be given to me. Just equal stat distribution for all, if that's the thing.
You must've taken the wrong brew, witch elf

If the twohander bonus will be changed from block strikethrough to parry strikethrough, will the choppa/slayer 5% strikethrough bonus remain the same or be changed to crit like the other classes?

They will have an extra 15% strikethrough when they run with 2h. Dont see a problem with that. They may be 'overcapped' on strikethrough against casters/healers, but even stronger against 2h tanks or other mpds this way. Dont see a problem here tbh

Useless? Free 30%dmg procc is useless? I see i see (i believe it will also be a interrupt btw)

It will be re-evaluated, but may or may not change. 15% Parry Strikethrough is a lot, and while Parry strikethrough is more valuable in extended combats than Melee Crit, it's only useful when the opponent has the same or more parry as you have strikethrough. The only classes that are likely to have that much parry in T3 will be tanks and dual-wielding MDPS.

Yeah, I'm not sure how a 10% chance of interrupting your target and dealing 30% more damage for 10s with no cooldown is a "useless" proc. I mean, you could complain that it overlaps with the Taunt you already have, but it's still an
extra interrupt.

Does Aggravation also interrupt casting like the normal taunt does?

Yes, the proc works exactly like the Taunt ability.
