You don't launch any of the executables from the game folder. Put the Return of Reckoning launcher inside the game folder, and run that.

i had the same thing too i had to switch to winzip to extract some of the files it seemed they werent working for winrar

Run as administrator. Also, if you downloaded the game via the torrent, move the game to another folder, and ensure that read only is unchecked. Torrent applications actively access certain files, which can prevent other applications from read that same file, i.e the launcher in this case.

Not all the files will appear in the list if you don't start with part 1.


As long as you got it to work.

im running as administrator ive redownloaded all the files and tried them again and still denied access i tried with firewall off still nothing

i downloaded it off the 10 part direct download
