Pros, you can guard easily thanks to your shield (Guard damage cares not for toughness or armor), you don't have the AoE snare or the Morale pump, so make sure you have a Def Chosen. Loss of aoe snare hurts but is managable if party has high damage output.

You get the AoE snare which is pretty amazing, but you are a giant target, you are more DPS then tank, you can guard when needed, but you wont survive long under guard damage, need a dedicated primary tank who can float guard.

Zerg buster [Role: Solo tanking, Zerg busting, grinding[ (Utility, Low damage, tactics for Solo Grinding)

This build is hilarious.You can survive a serious pounding, and thanks to skull thumper and shatter enchantment you can still be a menace. Keep things snared, KD only when necessary. Can't hit me is great for mitigating a train of damage on your guarded target but only use it when you are being focuse and need help, the real gem here is Immaculate D. Cycling with a chosen means you can take on numbers, you have no business fighting.

This build buys tactics that aren't used, that is for the PvE solo grinding, and keep defence loudmouth shenanigans.

I think the class builder is still broken. Isn't DYE lower in the tech tree than Cant hit me? Regardless I run your first spec and I love it. I know big brawlin tatic is good but I dont have fun being a snare bot.

It is broken I just pretend it's fixed, i.e treat Down Ya Go as a 10 point buy.

Story Time: I ran a BO premade on live, 4 BOs it was hilarious, Chaining Right in da jibblies, so healers were stuck and constantly interrupted, while the rest of us DPSed them down. Each BO was specced differently, I would love to try that again someday.

RiDJ dosnt interrupt anymore as such it will be no were near as effective vs healers

Hi all,

I’ve been playing BO for a few months now and I’d just like to get some information from the more experienced people here. I run a Brawler/Toughest build which is your cookie cutter BO SNB dps build (Gork Smash/T’ree Hit/NiDF and Down Ya Go). I try to play as an annoying, offensive off tank that can still deal out some good DPS if they ignore me which they tend to do as I’m SnB. If I have a mDPs with me I throw a guard on them and try to stick on their targets.

I used to run the snare spam build but I found the lack of knock down really hurt in smaller scale engagements as well as 1v1. Slotting the snare tactic also made me quite squishy.

My current tactics are Gork Smash, Good wif shield, Stab you gooder (the tactic which gives you 20% crit with “Da Best Plan”) and the 160 Wounds tactic. This gives me 8600HP. I have 3700 armor before any buffs/pots with around 40% element/corporal/spirit resistance. I also run 3 ruin/2 Merc (all slotted with STR talismans).

My questions are as follows:

Do my bellows stack (Greenest and Biggest) with pots and Chosen Aura?

The classes which I found I cannot 1v1 are KotBS, is this normal?

Should I always try to have a big swing debuff on witch hunters? Or does the STR debuff not really affect them?

What % block chance is normal for a SnB Black Orc? I’ve fully slotted my renown in block chance and this gives me around 27% block. Should I be aiming for more or is this around the best I can do? I mean obviously I can do better, but I’d lose out on the merc set STR bonus and my DPS would take a hit. What would you say is the best amount of STR to have on an offensive styled SnB BO while still maintaining some tankiness?

What is the best morale 2 skill to get for BO?

Shatter Enchantment: When should I prioritise this? Is there ever any situation that this would come in handy?

1) Bellows don't stack with Chosen auras/pots
2) A good KOTBS will beat you most times, as will a good SM (unless you play exceptionally well) and healtard IB. BO isn't one of the strongest dueling classes imo (at least with current gear)
3) It's not worth the GCD, and assuming you're dueling as a DPS SNB vs WH you want to get them down asap. Rely on your brawler bellow to debuff their stats.
4) Provided you can still maintain 650+str (or more - I run around 750-800 with mine), 27% block is fine. I have around 27-29% with scenario shield.
5) I use the toughness morale to help out if people getting focused (not sure whether or not it is very effective, but meh)
6) Use shatter off cooldown (whenever it is available) - especially when dueling SMs.
7) If you are using an armor pot, don't bother with tuff as nails. Only bother to use savin me hide if you/your team are being focused by BWs.
