Don't know whether it has already been mentioned. in the last SC i played as WP (yesterday evening), i overwrote the current existing "Healing Hand" on the Target with my HoT. But i saw, that HoT-stacking is working a few days ago. Maybe it happend because the debuffs slots on the target were full so similar HoTs/debuffs will get overwritten.
Cos there is a limit of how many same name dot/hot/buff/debuff/damaging a player can have that is 2, same name skill replace those( refresh it if it's yours) or if effect windows and overflow are full they replace something other according to their rule.
For what i saw, hot/dot /etc system work really fine . Immunity too

This is more or less the exact steps (1-9) and order of migration etc

BO War Bellow "Da Toughest" in WAR was updatable and heal you more then 1 time while y have buff.
It's logical cose SM have chance to absorb all time and it takes dmg like "Da Toghest" heals.

Buffs/Debuffs/CC had stacking rules. Dots and hots did not. People encountering multi-boxer on live servers would remember suddenly seeing 6 boiling blood buffs or 6 flame breaths before instant dying.

Will remove the limiter on DoT and HoT buffs.
BO War Bellow "Da Toughest" in WAR was updatable and heal you more then 1 time while y have buff.
It's logical cose SM have chance to absorb all time and it takes dmg like "Da Toghest" heals.
Phantom's Blade cannot refresh itself.

Btw SH haven't resp window all time. If y die in order zerg in sc y must crash client nothing else)

I dont know if this is already posted but i think WEs stealth is broken, they arent visible after drops from the shadows, it takes more than 7 sec to see her so im not able even to pop detaunt, in less than 3 sec u are done =P

It used to, yes: but this was overpowered (it was procing several times in a few seconds, and rendered BOs practically invincible) so it was toned down. This was done pretty early on in the game, though.
