Hi my account Bur9335 has been activated but I cannot log in on launcher it says 'your account is not active'

"Dionisus777" , and have the grey connect button problem, cant enter inside this game and already donde everything on sticky´s. ¿Its a bug problem, need to wait, or i am missing anything, activation or repair?
