We are just submitting you a path with some borders. We have probably forgotten some details, and we will enhance and deploy adjustment in time.

Our concern is to provide something interesting, motivating and a step in the right direction.

About lvl diff, well have heard this many times. "lowbies will explode". Here is my opinion. Actually "lowbies" are dying of boredom in mid tier at low pop time. On the Holy Official server, i remember i was playing with my lvl 19 character in Eataine using the apprentice system (bolstering system), and ofc, i was dying quite often :). But -and it is my opinion again- I prefer to die like a **** 100 times during a campain with my guildmates than be alone stucked in a tier, running empty keeps with 3 lads, or pling my char to join T4 completely naked.

Moving population in lower tiers is interesting cause it will change rythm and intensity (pop vs map size) and maybe -it depends on you tbh- will see some epic battles.
Then why get rid of rats and nerf powerleveling?

Because rats and powerleveling doesn't fix empty T2 T3 world problem.

Nothing will. Game starts at level 40. Keeping people in lower tiers for the sake of it is a real issue.

That's nice you have an opinion. We will verify it this Friday and through next 4 weeks.

It's great that the devs acknowledge mid tier population issues. But that whole powerleveling debate is confusing. I'm pretty sure there's a lot of people hell bent on hitting T4 asap for various reasons and there's nothing in the world that would change that.

In my case that would be the lack of skills, tactics and mastery points. After years of playing AoR with a variety of options it's really hard to go back to basics and actually enjoy that.

I had no problem with T2-T3 on live servers because I knew there was always something going on and you wouldn't end up hunting for crumbs of renown and grinding mobs to level.

Trying to use my imagination to put myself in a position where I enter the fray in new all-combined tier with a r25 character. The question is, what will be my first prio - progress as usual knowing I'm bolstered to a competitive state and there's a steady flow of RvR action giving me enough xp/rr or grind the hell outta there as possible to join the ranks of r40?

Luckily, for now, T4 came to players in mid tier.

Hopefully you won't have problem with merged tiers, as there always will be something going on.

I guess normal RvR progress will give you good enough rewards and grind won't be required. If you prefer killing NPCs in PvE you still can, nothing is changed here.

Let's wait and see. I really like the concept and got high hopes for this. I'm pretty sure that right now a lot of people ask for powerleveling options because the lack of action in midtier seriously slows the progression.

building character is big part of RPG.
through this process players learn game mechanics.
you don't need it doesn't mean game don't need it.
plus, t2+t3 is about 50% of game map.
don't you think it's good resources to use?
how shallow game would be if there was only t4 zones.

In theory, I agree.

In practice, most people have played the game, know what to expect, want to get involved in T4 asap and avoid the ghost tiers of T2/T3. No matter how many incentives are added, it will not change the fact that the server has a limited population in recent times (as sad as it is to say), and the lower tiers will always be considerably emptier than the endgame.

Please don't make reasonable posts that make sense. I hate agreeing with you ;).
I think PvP in t2 is worth as much as chapter 14 PQs. Once its done its done and people should have a choice to check it out or skip it completely.

@Hargrim, don't think I'm just dumping on you. I look at things critically where others just +1 or want a pat on the head. I accept that work has gone into the lower tiers and you guys dont want to see it wasted. But I dont want to see purple bags drop in tier 2 and instead of a 40 getting a BiS weapon in the rolls, some level 18 gets some shitty drop that will last 5 levels.
