What is wrong with the current Dodge/disrupt system... Tell your tanks to drop their 2h, grab a shield, and HTL. Breaking the viability of every ranged class is not well thought out. You can stack dodge/disrupt pretty easily, not to mention the half a dozen DPS/healer classes that have direct access to abilities/morales that increase their avoidance... And that is ignoring Tanks!

Also, even attempting to apply RL logic(in regards to an Archer's Hit chance) should be a Punishable offence. We have Elves throwing Fireballs.

Very poorly thought out.

Edit: also, basing anything off of SC numbers is just ignorant. SC numbers mean nothing.

But yea. This was just a Troll suggestion I take it. I didn't realize Skalier was Kali till I just checked recent posts.
