I queued solo late night with my Choppa and have to disagree. Although I lost every game I went against a premade or better players in general, I still was top dps and kills for my team (usually the only one to get any). Player skill and gear makes a difference, as well as class of course, but to say that you won't be remotely competitive is wrong.mursie wrote:
The issue is - when the game mandates that you can not be even remotely competitive unless you have five other friends online at the same time playing a specific dedicated archetype, it is a flawed game. As an mdps, queing an sc without a guard and healer is beyond laughable currently.
Just as a 3 man can stand against a 6 man, (with pug support) so can pugs stand against them with good player support. When you are lucky enough to get enough pugs together that know their ****, even while solo queuing, you can seriously contend with a premade.
