But I still can't make up my mind on what was the saddest, between the speech detailing Torque past behavior, or the fact that the speech was quite a low blow. Speaking of Torque while he was not here to defend himself of these accusations, and all this in front of the community...
That's why to me there is no side that is better than the other. Torque past behavior was not worse than the conditions on which Aza made his speech, at least in my opinion.

how long is this torque drama going to go on and on...? Its not good for the server. Whatever benefit of doubt he has is now gone. There's too much evidence and commentary from too many respected former dev team members.

He would've been un-muted as the questions would be for him to defend. Several high profile members of the team were left unmuted but decided to not speak up until the end.

Sure, the questions on Torque were meant for leads, but Aza took the reigns. Aza felt he had a NEED to get this information out to the Community. He has a deep passion for this project, it was clear from the tone of his voice.

With the greatest respect and I hold you and Hargrim in the highest regard Yali, doesn't it suggest a real issue now you have had Penril, Azarael and Asuryan quit over one member of staff?

The way Aza did things appears somewhat out of order but also appears to have been his last recourse. It does really appear that for whatever reason, Torq has become a divisive, negtive and destructive element to the RoR project.

The amount of progression that was made in the short while that Aza was here is unbelievable- the fact that he actually listened to people's input made it feel like a whole new ror. I would not be surprised if ror quickly reverts to back how it was where none of you input or concerns are actually heard.

Just listened to this thoroughly depressing recording after reading some of the comments. Sad that some felt this was the only way to call out the problems the community was having and sad that internal issues were aired in what was misleadingly labelled a Q&A. This project seems to lack any sort of leadership. I don't think those that seem to have leveraged some level of control through friendships or personality are the right people to be there or these situations wouldn't have happened.
