Another option is, for example, to increase your chance of defense.
Let's say you're attacked with:
150 feet, your chance of dodging is increased by 150%.
100 feet, your chance of dodging is increased by 100%.
50 feet, your chance of dodging is increased by 50%.
10 feet, your cheance of dodging is increased by 10%.

This would be the equivalent of a chance hit, which in this game is always 100%, even with attacks of 150 feet.

Everyone's opinion matters. I liked the WHO before the introduction of 90 and 100 sets. Soon after that I finished playing.

If the WHO was a bad game, what are people doing here that go into the ROR?

So... you want the Live before RR100... which version? Live changed dozens of times in very dramatic ways.

Live was a bad game by the end. Hence why it died. Not everyone on this server played on Live. I know a few people that refuse to try RoR, specifically because they hated Live so much by the end.

Again, be specific. Posting, "I liked it back in the day, do more of that!" Provides less than zero information. Feel free to be moderately specific.

I see that all Devs (ppl who working on this project) hate old game, especially 100rr
I loved live to the end, for me it was good game, after some changes it could be very good
and
I have just 1 question: are you going to give us city siege, and if yes, when it can be?
because we all can talk about changes if we have full t4 rvr, with end game as city siege

This would cause archers to be less effective at long distances, and if they want to attack better they will have to come closer. The opponents will have a better chance than they have now and the game become more enjoyable because they will avoid most of the attacks they can not defend at the moment. And RDPS will have to show more skill to kill effectively.

So whats the point of playing a RDPS if you are forced to be 10ft away from target to actually be effective?

Not gonna lie, that's a very silly suggestion. GG Magus/Engineer long-distance immobile RDPS with such a suggestion.

You can still attack an enemy from a distance of 100 feet only, that his chances of dodging with 20% will increase to 40%, for example.

Let's say that as someone now has 35% evade, and in practice after reduction 20%, it does not help almost at all.
By contrast, 40% is something. And if the archer is bad then his target will have 70% defense. The outcome of the fight will depend on the player's skill because the mdps will have the chance to catch the one who shoots him.

Does this mean engis dodge/disrupt for 100% once im over 30ft away?
