Individual player skill is allowed to shine more in pug que, albeit you do sort of need to be on certain classes and I feel like RDPS and a good pocket healer being at the forefront of this pug SC meta.
MDPS gets shafted a bit, as they need a guard and a healer to function properly and you are just rolling the dice when you que KE as a MDPS.
Also that being said, it seems like the RR gains for post 40 players is extremely small... I'm guessing that's there to discourage high RR players from stomping in the PUG sc? It's so low I honestly don't think im gonna que for it anymore. Which is fine I guess.

Re: Pug Sc queue
That's all nice and dandy but its easy to form outside of KE a group that is more then duo. Just hit a friend in tell , explaining to solo Que for KE and we meet you there cause already in duo group .Saftdryck wrote:Pugs who keep quing to KE will decide to support Sekundus or any good/decent player every time because it will give higher chance of victory. Because you get "dominated" your logic is that theyre premade.
Pug SC is not PvP free absolute winning scenario, it is made so soloers and pugs can join a scenario free from heavily organized group and practice to play at PvP. Will you see skilled players there? Will you see somewhat little organization that is made after joinin scenario? Answer is yes for both.
Now go play and practice at your social skills, class play and group play.
More often then naught ,(some here ) bring against those that dare to suggest such a thing, "well you guys just aren't good enough and cant take loosing ,when that for some is farthest from the truth. Its important not to have that superior un humble personality but have legit feedback that could be necessary for more prosperous gameplay !
So far im having a blast in KE . I don't have to grind for big portion of time just to get a couple of SC wins. Now just play for a 3 or 4 KE pops and I got my fill , Thanks RoR staff

Is it that small? I never watched the numbers to be honest.Jaycub wrote:Individual player skill is allowed to shine more in pug que, albeit you do sort of need to be on certain classes and I feel like RDPS and a good pocket healer being at the forefront of this pug SC meta.

^I've been getting ~500rr an sc with 500pt wins with 40+ kills in them.
I don't disagree if that's intentional, rr45+ bis geared people with a pocket are going to just go totally ham on most people in these scenarios.

Ah I see, well I just play the pug sc for fun and until I have the sc weapons to do RvR so I never looked that much on Rp since I got 40. But if people with high RR are getting less, thats ok with me, I dont mind.^^Jaycub wrote:^I've been getting ~500rr an sc with 500pt wins with 40+ kills in them.

Re: Pug Sc queue
Maybe the RR gains suck cause your fighting a bunch of lowbies? Dunno. I think I got decent RR on my WH the one time I went in... But decent for SCs is still 1/4 of what it actually is... Getting 500rp means you would get 2k without the RR cap... That's pretty good no? Considering your eating lowbie PUGs
Interested to see how this all works out... Especially when we will have threads as hilarious as this one has been...

Re: Pug Sc queue
if those that normally run in groups, all of the sudden stop running in groups to duo queue, you will definetly see less group scenarios. It's unfortunate that this is starting already. Premade groups that desire a fight have a responsibility to themselves to keep queue as a group.

Couldnt notice such a change, got decent queue times with my party, then again we are EU west with an awesome primetime pop.Akalukz wrote:if those that normally run in groups, all of the sudden stop running in groups to duo queue, you will definetly see less group scenarios. Some SCs do not yet have data from the average duration tracker entered. I will get around to doing this soon.Jaycub wrote:Also that being said, it seems like the RR gains for post 40 players is extremely small... I hope this continues. I will continue to queue all to support both types of game play
