Extract "the contents of directory" and not "the directory". For me it's not the same, and at first I was a little difficult to understand why I did not see difference before / after. :)

So it looks very good but im having this issue..Every character in the game appears blinding white.What should i change in the ini file?

Turn off "Lightmaps" in the in game custom graphics menu, and restart the game. It's mentioned in the OP.

Applied and works pretty good with my GTX770. Just got a weird effect on my own character: An aura of glow when im moving, dont know how to disable that effect. It appears when I put on the Post Processing option (mentioned in the OP).

Any fix?

Open SweetFX_settings.txt with a text editor.
Change #define USE_BLOOM 1 to #define USE_BLOOM 0
That should reduce this effect. The problem is warhammer uses so much plain white color / textures that bloom picks it up, there's no way arround that.

Bloom looks reduced to me. However the game itself also has bloom, it's just a bit more visible with my pack...
