as I seem to have a total lack of skills to figure out how to get a torrent tool running I wondered if it might be possible to get the german Language downloaded in any other way?

I would really appreciate any support for that.

Just so that I dont get anything wrong... which kinds of text should be affected by the file and chat command?

As it seems Main Menu etc. are affected on my client. (after restart of course)

Quest dialogues however are still in english... is that the way it should or has to be due to technical reasons?

Quest texts doesn't alter as it needs to be translated on the server side. We've not got round to that yet.

I know that quests text is in server language in spite of the language that we setup (we see skills and ui in spanish,etc., but quest in english), but (sorry for the question) ¿is there any manner to make quests appear in our languages? Other than you (the team) create servers for each language...
