You are all missing the point, clearly SM needs inc HD to synergize with WL.

Here is a subtle change, switch the outgoing heal debuff to incoming...it will be overall more useful. I don't the the WL should have both an incoming and outgoing heal debuff.

a incoming healdebuff will lead the wl into a god tier since no class should have both a incoming hd and a debuff for his dmg type. i dont know how many times i already said that but that's one reason why mrd is considered broken.

Yet BWs have an incoming heal debuff and can debuff their own damage type. So do SWs and SH, having these two debuffs don't make you broken. I think marauders are exactly where MDPS should be. Both WHs and WEs can double heal debuff and completely ignore armour.

I don't see the problem,I do see a problem for WLs who have to play considerably cagey because they have to try to burst something down before the target gets focused healing, and get out of dodge before they get focused down.

You realise mara is competing still in t3 without its crit damage tactic right? its the apex mdps in T4, it probably has a nerf headed its way at some point not sure what not sure when.

Back on topic I'd say listen to Bretin/Xelix on this one dude knows what hes talking about.

Choppa has both inc and outgoing hdbuff but the class is hardly god tier

Having said that I don't feel a class with as much front load burst as wl needs inc hdbuff but you can remove the pointless positional requirement from primal fury

just no. why do ppl who never played a specific class feel like they got any idea about what nerf/buff is needed.

as you already said yourself WL is a burst class! PF is fine as it is and that's due to that fact. he doesnt need more burst without requirements. that is simply non sense and a unnecessary buff which would lead into the wrong direction. mrd is different and was never about burst that's why it is okay to have no requirement on MA! there is other **** which makes him what it is. both modifiers fits to the class design and shouldnt be touched
