I've tried loyal pet add-on. It lags the game when ur pet is out to about 5 fps... please stop bringing it up because no one uses it.

TBH in RoR the pet is more valuable (stat-wise, not control-wise ) than it was in WAR, so maybe some things have changed (as the pet can be deadly now). There was also a time on the mythic servers, when the pets armor debuff from TTT stacked with the WLs own debuff; this was changed in some patch and so it shouldn't work here too, but i didn't check it.
If you have a SM available, you can also spec for this. The SMs "Whispering Wind" reduces the cooldown from "Lions Fury" to 0, so you have a low AP, high resistance damage attack that can be spammed.

Either take outgoing hd and increase the finisher or improve lion fury (best used together with a WW specced SM) and the armordebuff.

It's no rocket science.

Thank you for your feedback guys, my WL is lvl 19 now. I usually open up with coordinated strike, followed by cleave limb, lion's fury and sundering chop, using mostly TTK (threaten when the lion chases, since I don't have Pounce yet).

if you want to do the usual burst try to pounce on max range towards your target while you already sent your pet in before ( if you dont run the AS tactic - then have pet in TTK ) when landing you should use force opportunity, thus when landing you should have the following hits in the first global - pet: autoattack + maul you: pounce, autoattack and force opportunity, follow up with a coordinated strike, if you want to max out the burst out of this quick combo have the pet use fang and claw so your pet hits 4 times in the global : 2x fang and claw and 2x CS ( pretty good with proccs like FoR and PoR) while you hit twice with coordinated strike, if you run flanking as well as pack synergy and you've chosen a squishy target and watched your positioning it should be dead or on the verge of dying already.
Obviously there's no set rotation at all and there's other skills to consider and use as well, but that's about the most basic attempt of bursting i guess.
