Pounce should have a 30s CD like Flee, Charge, Pounce, Rift, Magnet, Git To Da Choppa, Fetch (like all other abilities that affect move/speed)
PVE tactic Stalker could be reworked pref to an AP-tactic
PVE tactic Threatening Distraction could be reworked pref to a wounds or toughness debuff on Fey Illusion
Pet Speed should be increased when running towards the WL (possibly triggered by heel)
