I exactly don't farm gold, I really farm gear. All the money I have is from killing mobs while I farm gear, then selling the trash items in vendor, and also questing with all my characters. I had all the money in the same character, now I don't have nothing
Now, money is useless, but in the future, with AH working, it will help.
Btw, check it in your characters when u can to confirm that this is happening.

I guess it's a by product of gear farming.
I can't confirm if I didn't pay attention to my gold stocks lol. Well, I don't care if I have 1000g or 1s. Not relevant to me
