I like it. Dual Realming is not a bad idea. In fact, I like to turn to the dark side once in a while myself. However, I am never in favor of it on the same server.

with multiple accs
Good luck for RR 40 on each char !!!
Easy doable. All it needs is time

No. I pick a side and stick with it. For good or bad, I have chosen.

Sides switching feels morally wrong to me. Also, I'm jealous of those that has enough free time to rank up couple of toons to 40 on different sides if barricade.

it should be possible, no lock on IP, but some identifier (like mac address in network card) in client
I would like to see, if xrealmers allways download new client, when they would to change side

Without x-realming you will have to delete all your order characters and vise versa. On live you could make a char of the opposite faction on another server but here it's not possible.
1 hour cooldown on switch. Long enough to discourage opportunist side swapping, short enough to let people switch multiple times per day.
2 accounts = lockout timer
Like all policy and security matters, there's no magic recipe granting a 100% failsafe solution.
You can only raise more or less solid fences.
In this case you may use a MAC address matching mechanism. It can be bypassed but few enough players are tech savy enough to do it. Those who are hell bent on cheating anyway, would do that regardless of policy. For them, it'd be manual banhammer time. Back on original WAR time, we learned and knew whose characters of both sides belonged to whom (expecially the "relevant guilds"). It can be done.

God damn, stop wasting your time on pointless blah-blah-ing!
Ppl will find a way to immediately switch realms unless you'll hire a real watcher for them.
So report more bugs of skills and terrain!
As for me:
YES
Cross realming is good! At least you'll know a game from another side.

xrealming is killing the game, really killing it. You won't see big battles ROR as it was on live for hours. I suggest to link accounts to our Social Numbers.

hello,
i dont like Xrealming. but i like to have possibilité to play order and destro if i whant ( i play 90 % order ) ! to resolve a probleme we must analyse it.
What is the problem?
- 4wb VS 5 players in prime time after the first loose
-
-
Why players chosen to change faction?
- Easy experience
-
-
Give your idea but if it is that it , the solution its to block XP/RR for 1H when you change realm if its possible
