Should just come together as a server and find the best time to have 6v6's and maybe other sizes like 3v3 etc...
Somewhere in the PvE zone where we won't be bothered or disrupt RvR.
Maybe something like ~3pm GMT+1 ? That will be the middle of the afternoon for EU and late, but not too late night for US.
If there is a set time, and everyone knows about it the chances of having people show up should be greater, especially if you advertise for something like 3v3, so even people who can't get a 6 man will show up and there can be more fights that way.

Except 3pm GMT +1 is like 9 am in the us. If you were to do a set time, got to be 9 or 10pm GMT +1. Thus euro evening and USA afternoon.
