It must have a timer !

And if you want to create a second account, do it. I'm sure that most of the players will stick to one account. Maybe 25% nolifer will create a second account but it won't impact the game like yet.

Short solution based on an idea already mentioned on forums:

Reduce XP/RR level gains 10 times.
Levelling and gaining RR levels now becomes an epic struggle. People who seek "the bestest character evah" will play only one character. The rest will play characters as they did before.
As soon as Xrealmer realizes he is unable to get more than one levelled and well-equipped character (for pro players, spending 8+ hours a day, 2 characters), he will stop Xrealming and will play the only character he likes.

This won't solve probable situation of 75 % people choosing Destro character, of course.

and the poor casual family dad with 5 children and 3 wifes only having 20 minutes of leisure time a week? does noone think about the poor casual player!

I think people are more obsessed with gear and grinding in a free server than they are in actually playing.

If more people just wanted a good fight, they wouldn't x-realm as a response to the going getting tough. In Live, you could make Order on one server and Destro on another -- you'd still get to see the whole spectrum, but you couldn't just jump on whoever's bandwagon was bigger when RvR started. You had to dig in your heels and figure something out. Now that people have the option of bandwagoning, they're choosing to avoid fights to farm keeps.

That's not RvR. That's PvE. PvE ain't why I signed up.

Wow, flashback, had to check the calendar thought it was 3+ years ago!!! Really, I agree with tomato (back on page 1), the rewards are a main problem not so much the system. Sure most people want the best gear available in order to have the best chance available. Why implement lockout timers and punish those people who enjoy playing toons from both sides with no thoughts of doing it because they would have a numbers advantage. What are you going to complain about next if timers are put in and 75% of the people happen to sign in as order? Demand that for each order that signs in a destro signs in? Stop whining and play.
