Won't work, as most people have dynamic addresses and just need to restart their routers in order to get a new address.
Also IP addresses as well as MAC adresses can be spoofed easily.

with the way ror is right now you cannont prevent xrelming

It seems that X realm is just something that we will have to live with.
I'm ok with that, people find it nice to play other classes to change the mood, it is unfortunate that they change it just because another side is winning, especially considering how boring it is to cap those empty keeps.

todo
1. Add guild keep claim
2. Make zone locks be a realm effort

Watch guild / realm pride grow and x realm shrink

A reasonable RvR system that could make the majority happy http://imgur.com/HL6cgl7

why i would to have a booster if i have for ex 6 toons at 30rr? why i would have AAO when my toon is 26/30rr and i have all the gear i want on it? you cant do nothing to fix people mentality. players are the problem, not the system. deal with it.

If you have all the gear you want and already 26/30, you won't be following the zerg or taking empty keeps. You will probably just do SCs or look for good fights, trying to have fun. Unless you are just farming medallions from keeps, which is another reason why RvR sets should be sold for gold and not emblems.

The xrealming was not the issue. Attaining the PVP medallions by killing a pve monster with a billion people to gain PVP rewards was the problem.

Now medallions Only drop from people that are the correct rank it seems. I don't know if they are linked to lvl or rr. But the current system means if you are farming pve keep flips it's meaningless.
